During these sessions, we aim to strengthen, lengthen and stabilize so the body can work towards regaining true functionality and mobility. This is an imperative part of progress and recovery, as it combats patterns our body has developed over time, which created the pain, restriction and discomfort in the first place I draw these movements from years of experience with clients, using methods ranging from flowing yoga to injury specific rehab.
