Now is a time more than ever, we need our health. As your massage therapist and personal trainer, I take great responsibility in minimizing infection risk as much as possible

I am implementing the following:

Being fully vaccinated
Leaving longer gaps in between clients to ensure all surfaces are disinfected
All clients must check in using the QR code
Both myself and clients wear face masks at all times
The clinic has a COVID-Safety plan in place

If you have symptoms of feeling unwell, such as runny nose, coughing, sore throat or fever, please call to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
